About the event

Welcome to the Great Plains Art & Music Festival Sat. Sep 30th, 2023, a one-of-a-kind celebration of creativity and culture at Sesquicentennial Point in Lawrence, Kansas! This year we have over 50 artist booths, food trucks and original handmade vendors.  Located on a hill in a natural amphitheatre overlooking Clinton Lake and multiple valleys.

At our festival, we curate the finest local talent to bring you an experience unlike any other. Get ready to explore a world of unique vendors, showcasing an array of captivating artistic booths that will inspire and ignite your imagination. From breathtaking paintings to awe-inspiring sculptures, you'll be immersed in a visual feast that will leave you in awe. But that's not all!
