Food Vendor Application
Food Vendor space starts at $225. Email: producer@greatplainsfest.com for a zoom call to review the festival site by drone and review the vendor placement map. We can figure out the best placement for you based on your business, budget and needs. Deadline is Sep 20th. There is no application fee this year. You will also need to sign the Food Vendor Agreement which will be emailed to you for e-signature and is also available here on this page.. We are also waiving the 10% fee of gross sales mentioned in this document as well since this is a new festival.
Vendor Application/Agreement
Vendor space starts at $125. Original and creative vendors please. Email: producer@greatplainsfest.com for a zoom call to review the festival site by drone and review the vendor placement map. We can figure out the best placement for you based on your business, budget and needs. Some vendors may choose to set up in the music festival area, others in the food truck or art fair areas or even the main entrance/exit area. The vendor agreement will be emailed to you for e-signature.
Artist Booth Application/Agreement
Artist Booth space starts at $125 for a 10 X 10 space. Artists will be given the prime space in grassy areas with high public traffic. Email: producer@greatplainsfest.com for a zoom call to review the festival site by drone and review the vendor placement map. We can figure out the best placement for you based on your business, budget and needs. Deadline is Sep 20th. There is no application fee this year. You will also need to sign the Artist Booth Agreement which will be emailed to you for e-signature and is also available here on this page.
